At 1 Stop CCTV Master, we want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Once your order is prepared, local delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and outside the Gauteng orders can take up to 3-4 business days.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages for faster delivery.
  • Discounts & Free Shipping: New customers receive 50% off their first order, and free shipping is available for orders over R5,000. Any available discounts will automatically be applied at checkout.

For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Refund Returns

Refund Returns of 1 Stop CCTV Master please read this carefully, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Below is everything you need to know about returning an item or getting a refund.

Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours to cancel your order without giving a reason. We understand that plans can change, so you can cancel before your order is processed for delivery.

You can cancel within 24 hours from the time we receive your order or when a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of your package.
If Courier guy pickup the Stock from our warehouse and you receive the products after that if you are not happy with products you can book Courier from your side (receiver) can be pay for Courier.
After products being receive at our warehouse company will be refund you only product price.
Registration, subscription, and processing fees are non-refundable. Only the product price can be refunded, following our policy.

To cancel your order, simply email us with:

  • Your 1 Stop CCTV Master ID
  • Your First and Last Name
  • The date you deposited the amount

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

To get a refund, please keep in mind:

  • Only the product price is refundable.
  • The item must be in its original condition, and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • Refund requests after the 24-hour period won’t be accepted.
  • Registration, signup, and subscription fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing fees won’t be refunded after a purchase is made.
  • No refund Exchange after 24 hours.

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if it doesn’t meet these conditions. Once approved, we’ll notify you via email.

Your item is not eligible for return & refund if it meets with one of the following criteria:

  • The Cameras has been damaged, scratched or defaced.
  • The Cameras has been opened, repaired, tampered with or modified.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty or legible for return, your shipping costs will be refunded.

How Refunds Work

We’ll process your refund using the same payment method you used when placing the order. You won’t be charged extra for the refund.

Only Product Price will be refunded to you.
